Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Preventative quality measures are applied. Quality is monitored and recorded beginning with incoming materials. Self directed 5S and team problem solving are adopted to help minimize production failures.
Quality Control Procedures
All machines are maintained and documented by designated workers prior to the opening of every shift to ensure that they are always running at their optimal operating condition. Follow up MIL-STD-105E sampling procedures and tables for inspection.
Origin of Materials and Components
80% local, 20 imported. We mostly source our materials from Taiwan. We also get some of our components from Korea and China.
